Mr. Leon Husson, (Country Coordinator PUM- Netherlands' Senior Experts and Coordinator of Centers of Excellence In India) visited India in Nov- Dec 22.
During the visit he met members of Growers' Flower council of India on 30 th Novenber in Pune at KF Bioplants Pvt Ltd and 6th December 2022 in Bangalore at Ven Sai Floritech farm.
The objective of the meeting is to explain to the members of the flower council, the knowledge support that PUM experts can provide them on a voluntary basis depending on the needs/ challenges of the growers. There are some 1800 experts in PUM's pool of experts from various industries- Agriculture/ horticulture being one of the prominent ones.
During this meeting PUM explained further on how Indian Flower growers could avail these Services and also hear from them the challenges they face.
